My ideas on nutrition are far from organised and definitly in flux, but I just tried this this morning and my toddler loves it and DH and I are swigging away.
4 Tbsp yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp date syrup/honey
1 Tbsp wheatgerm
2 Tbsp blueberries
1 Apple
1 tsp cinnamon
