Olive Leaf Extract

They say on the bottle not to give it to a child under 2.

Just was wondering if anyone knew why ?

Has anyone used it in their children under 2 ?

maybe it is dose related, and kids only need very little and a lot can be harmful, so there is a precaution/warning on the bottle. Or just maybe almost everything says not to give to kids under 2....or maybe there really is a reason.
I do know that I have one of those fun tasting chewables for kids that contain zinc and olive leaf extract, I can go check and see how much there is in it.

Found some info on their website saying they can't advise it under 2 but many of their customers do with no problem blah blah.

It's usually just a government requirement. I've given OLE to my littlun's - obviously reduced the dose according to age.
