I reckon you should get Holistic Medicine Sub-forums going under these titles: Herbalism; Homeopathy; Osteopathy; Bodywork; Ayurveda; Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This would attract people working or studying in those fields, to come onto the site and contribute.

What a great suggestion! I think it would be nice to have these subforums and greatly enhance this website.

I don't want to do that, because this website is "a critical review of the evidence" or lack of evidence as the case may be, and that is primarily vaccination related.
the primary focus of this website, is relating to informed choice on vaccination.
I feel that IF this site diverts from that, that could result in accusations of being "yet another" site dedicated to modalities which don't fall under the myopically medically-arbitrated definitions considered to be 'evidenced based' medicine....

Well I think you're are "beyond the pale" anyway as far as the powers-that-be are concerned because you dared to have the affrontery to question vaccination.
It's like what MacBeth said, "I am in blood so deep, to go over were as bloody as to go back" or words to that effect.
The real danger as you told me would be if some practioners or students came on here, and were petitioned to give advice, and then gave it. However, I think that could be controlled, people could be forewarned about that. And there would be ways of the holistic health practioners getting around that, educating, without giving advice.
One of the main reasons I don't think that would happen much is that practioners want to be paid for their troubles, for all their training. They are reluctant to give out advice for free where individuals are concerned.
Also, they are in the same danger all the time off-line, ie. in their practices. It is illegal for homeopaths and herbalists to say they can "cure" someone of an illness (even when they often can and do!). Most homeopaths & herbalists I know say things like, "can help alleviate conditions" or "will help your own body heal" and so on and so forth.
I think the main reason for the sub-forums would be for general education. But hey, I accept if you don't want to do that. These forums are already very good.
