I have been toying with the idea of juicing for a while now, but don't really know where to start. I have been told a quality juicer is paramount to a sucessful and pleasant juicing experience. It seems that really good juicers are beyond my price range....

Does anyone here juice? Is it labor intensive? I don't have a whole lot of time as I work f/t outside the home. Anyone know of any affordable quality juicers?? If you do juice what benefits have you seen or felt from doing it?

Thanks!

This is the juicer I have.

http://forums.beyondvaccination.com/showthread.php?t=1171 discusses a bit about juicing.

I love very basic juice - carrot, ginger, beetroot and sometimes some apple. There are tons of recipes. DS also likes smalls sips

I inherited a Champion Juicer which is reasonably pricey and can take some time to clean but I do love it. ATM I'm juicing whatever is in season, which here is apples and pears. The occasional carrot gets put through but my kids are being particularly fussy atm.
