Hey there,

My family and I all caught a virus this week, I think my DS bought it home from kindy and we all had coughs colds and saw joints ect. Anyway we are all on the mend now and it was only for a few days.:eyeroll:

Just a quick question.

Me and DH have been left with really sensitive skin on our face and I feel very head sore :( I have felt it b4 when I have been run down. We are interested to know what it is? Its like very very sensitive skin. Any ideas?

Anyway my kids recovered very quickly after their fever so I was very pleased with that and its not slowed them down too much :giggle:
(roll on summer :))

Anyone else feeling that they need some sun?

No ideas. If being run down is the key, then I'd be doing something about that... :D

we are getting plenty of sun in the day. In fact it's so hot the back doorstep is an inferno....

I have a vague memory of having very sensitive skin from something. Sugar maybe? I no longer do sugar but I am sure it makes me itchy & sensitive skinned.

As to the sun. It has been warmer down here & the weather better than it usually is in the summer. The sun is nowhere near as strong & burny yet which is a bonus. I have to be mindful of all the farmer's who need the rain for the grass but we are very much enjoying hanging out at the beach heaps :D

I get neuritis (sp) or neuralgia pain when I have had a cold. Like nerve pain in the face and the skin feels like it's on the wrong way. I also get it in my scalp.

I would increase your magnesium and keep your SA nice and high. A good massage around the shoulder and neck area will help heaps specially if the oil has some lavender in it. Does for me anyway.

I will look into that. We are all better now thanks. I got over it fairly quickly

I have been at the SA and mag/zinc/B6 oh yes and vit A/D.
I think I'm a supplimentoholic :giggle:
