Tooth abscess

I went to a dentist. My teeth are a mess, because of long-time neglect supposedly, but also because I was unintentionally malnourished (dentists say this is impossible at my age), and because of many pregancies in a row. So I went to this recommended dentist, and he said I needed work on this one tooth, which he did. He also gave me a huge bruise on my face, a hematoma, that lasted for 3 weeks. That was fun explaining to people.
Next thing I knw, I grew a beautiful blistery abscess high up on the gum, above the tooth. The dentist went back in and gave me a root canal, but then closed the tooth. He said I need antibiotics, and nothing else will do. Now, I can't take them. Everything in my fiber says I am ruined, partially, because of lots of parental approved abx use as a child. He said I have no choice and the abscess can kill me.

So I started using a black tea bag on it, rinsing with hydrogen peroxide, rinsing with salt. It was doing ok, but now it's getting worse again. I did buy Colloidal Silver, but I have this irrational fear of turning blue! If it could happen to anyone... :p
I'm about ready to lance it. I know it's dangerous, but what choice do I have? I think I can do rum. :cool:

Probably too late for the CS to really help you out now anyhoo but all that rubbish about blue people is from people who take overdoses of the stuff... I mean really really too much= about 1000 times more than they should and the sceptics run with them to discredit it. It works. Worked on you!

Get yourself onto a high dose of Vitamin C that would be a good start... I'm not too good on teeth issues but I do know that clove oil will help.

When our eldest had one (no fillings.. gum boils) I just lance them, and then had him clench the teeth hard while rinsing around with a ton of saline solution.

I've never had abscessses...

Yeah, I'd rather lance it. I did make it shrink a lot by applying a black tea bag and pressed firmly into the abscess, then rinsing with salt water and hydrogen peroxide. Trying to stick with lots of fresh produce, like usual.

Hey don't take it then... just hold it in your mouth three times a day for about 30 secs then spit it out.. It will still help and no smurf effect. ;)

My husband said he would love me anyway, if I turned blue. I could dye my hair blond and be his smurfette. :p
I think I will put it on the abscess and see what happens. I'll treat it like an experiment.

And I drink a sodium ascorbate smoothie 1x daily, and have some in my bitter tea 2x daily, right now.

Yes I have taken it on and off for years... so does my husband and my kids get it when they are sick but in small amounts. Turned my life around when it cured my chronic strep throats and didn't have to go to the Dr for anything ever again! The threat from them was if I had one more infection then I would be having my tonsills out. Not only did the silver get rid of the infections they have never returned.

I use it externally too on infections for the kids and the dogs and cat.

No blue here!

It's a great backup for illness that I can rely on working but I would never take it everyday.

Oh yes, GSE! Grape Seed Extract... OK, you have convinced me on the CS, even though it might not help. I'll be brave and try it once.

And go buy some GSE. We're going camping for a week next week, and I don't want tooth problems...

I had the unfortunate experience of having a really bad infection all the way in my jaw.
I also had a root canal done but the dr. left it open for a few days since the infection was so bad:(
I did end up taking the abx but only for a few days since it wasn't helping anyway. I took massive amounts of sodium ascorbate, GSE, then colloidal silver and also rinsed with peroxide and salt and took some homeopathic remedies, if I remember correctly hepar sulph and I can't remember the other, sorry I have brain fuzz right now.
I was in such pain that I was ready to try anything and I did try a painkiller which made me so sick I will never take that again.
If you are not in pain and the infection is localized you will probably have more success than me and you definately need to up your intake of SA!!!
As for coloidal silver, you should probably look for one of the better ones.
I remember reading once about the differences and I think that the purity of the product makes a difference. I have also used CS here and there for different family members and it is definately safer than abx..

Slightly OT but Magical, can one try and use the CS available at nutrition stores? These are packed in dark bottles and come with an expiry date I believe.
