I'm a big fan of throwing away that toothbrush when you're done with an infection, getting a new one. When you brush away all the germs in your mouth, they all sit on that toothbrush for a while.
But Dr Natterson, if you've had the flu and developed immunity, you're not going to "re-infect" yourself from your toothbrush are you?
