yeah, I agree really great find!! I was just reading the part about vitamin D being low in breastmilk due to the mother being low in vitamin D.....makes so much sense, you kind of wonder why not everyone get;s it.

I have never understood why doctors' consensus here is to supplement the ebf infant with vitamin D drops, instead of supplementing the mother with vitamin D!
