I just recently came to know of Bernice Eddy only through un-official sites ( and mostly in english) . Apart from Edward Shorter 's The Health Century are there other documents from ,say, official science ,reporting on Dr Eddy's works and declarations ?

What about Dr Eddy's testimony in front of US Congress in 1972 ( which many sites talk of, without ever giving a link to it ) ? Is there a print of it ?

Hi fievre,

No there is no link to the Senate testimony, but I have the senate record, simply because it was sent to me. and because I know Dr J.A. Morris, as a personal friend, I know a lot about Bernice. She also wrote a monogram about the SV40 issue, which I have a photocopy of.

This is a very quick reply .

Thanks montezuma tuatara .

In English : "Nobel Prize Tom Weller recently revealed that befor the official test [ 1955] took place, he was of opinion that the virus had been imperfectly inactivated ; this could not be heard by politician who were in a hurry to start the test as soon as possible ...so as to be politically credited for the scientific success " this is from Dr Offit 's book ( 2005 ?)

Absolutely, the SALK vaccine was imperfectly inactivated. There are many many documents which prove that. Salk wouldn't listen, let alone the politicians. In 1992, there was a court case in USA Diane Lynn Armbrust Mosley No 91-0201V where a lot of these documents were tabled by Mosley's lawyer. I was sent them by Dr Herbert Ratner, with whom I was friends, and who provided the documents to the lawyers concerned.

Yes, there is definitely a lot which could be told about the SALK vaccine, but whether it's worth doing, is another matter. For a start, it's hugely complicated, and it would take me about two years of reading the thinking to put it together in a technical manner, and another two years to reword it so that the ordinary person could understand it all.

Polio isn't at all as simple as they make it out to be.

Montezuma Tuatara,

I won't ask you to write lengthy articles on polio [ even if it might be necessary that someone do the job one day ] . I am aware that this would be hard work ...All the more that fresh news also require much attention .

Two general questions : 1/ are you the author of http://www.exploringvaccines.com/?p=643 ?
2/ I am sorry to question you on what could be a touchy subject ; it is about this site : http://www.whale.to/vaccines.html . Much information seems to be found there . But I shall say that some point of view ( the jews and internet ,the Trilateral....) don't seem very pleasant to me . Did I read too fast ?

In answer to your questions:

1) No. My website is www.beyondconformity.org.nz (http://www.beyondconformity.org.nz)

2) Lots of people hold lots of different views. I've not got time to get upset by what I don't like on whale.to. It's more positive for me to just get and and do what I do, well. so with whale to, I take what is of interest, and track back primary sources, and ignore the rest.

OK Thanks for your answer .

"and track back primary sources," : yes that 's the point .

( I knew http://www.beyondconformity.org.nz/ was your website ...some people may have several ones )

By the way on your ressource page the adress of LNPLV has to be changed : this is the current one http://www.infovaccin.fr/ ; Mr Mora is still the president .

Sincerly

Thank you Fievre. When I can remember how to do it I will change it...

Have you ever seen videos on 1955 Francis/Salk conference ? Some shots can be seen there: http://www.vaccineethics.org/salk_polio/pre1955_E.php ( and on the continuing pages)

No, and because they require realplayer, I won't watch them. A vaccine activist send me an advertisement which could only be played on real player, I downloaded it, and the advertisement crashed both my computers.

Note the word "exerpt" though.

You can guarantee the bits I'd be interested in, according to the reports of old journalists who were there, have been removed.

I highly recommend The Virus and the Vaccine book. It's a big read and heavily referenced, so much so, I read it twice.

Last child in the woods is a good one. My daughter recommended it and I bought it for my library.

The Virus and the vVaccine will tell you how Bernice Eddy was screwed over. And how here in the US the lies were so deep and covered up...

I just received Edward Shorter , The Health Century , Doubleday , New York , 1987 from the USA . Made minor changes there : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cutter_Laboratories ;

Edward Shorter being a reknown scholar , I hope these changes will stand

That wikipedia item is such a load of bollocks. A court case in the early 1990, tabled documentation showing that all laboratories in USA, were producing "defective" vaccine. There was no production fault. The "defect" was inherent in the process as "prescribed" by Salk.

I just received the book of your favorite ennemy Paul Offit : "The Cutter Incident" ; subtitled "How America 's first polio vaccine led to the growing vaccine crisis" (copyright 2005) [ can't see this vaccine crisis!!??]

(Some of it can be read on Google books )

Don't know yet if he 's tackled this court case . I ve got to go through all of it .

No, why would he tackle a court case, which is diametrically opposed to what he says? What he says isn't worth reading. Even though I have had to read his books in order to know that.
