Hilary and I have been discussing changing the little V next to the url in the url box along with the icons next to the forums (currently chat bubbles).

We came up with a needle with knots over it indicating the issue is complex and not as simple as it is made out to be. The other idea was a mountain with knots on it (the mountain from Hilary's books).

Does anyone like either of those? Do you have ideas of your own to share?

I like the needle with knots.
What about an 'open mind' - a door on a brain/head LOL.

I like that brain/door concept! Does anyone else have thoughts they'd like to contribute?

I always try to stick to simple logos as they only have such a tiny space to go in & they need to be eyecatching. So simplicity is better. I very much like abstract symbols with complex meanings like for example you get in Maori carving & some of the weaving patterns. I don't have a clue how we could apply this to a BV logo. We could use something that means freedom of thought. Like a dove or a bird which can also mean peace in our choices.etc.

it's difficult. Escher would depict it well, but Escher would never do well at simple logos... :D
