Is there anywhere on the web that is accessible to all, the acutal stats for disease cases reported. Like the Australian one??

Any help would be appreciated.

Wow over 60% of all reported cases from 26/12/09 to 27/03/10 were vaccinated. Doesn't it work well? NOT!
