I'm putting this under Vaccine Disease because I believe at least some of it can be blamed on some vaccines. It can be moved if mods can find a better home.

Tourette's was something that was very rare, why do I see and hear about it so much lately?

:(

My grandson had a school friend spend the weekend with us and the boy told grandson that he has been diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome.

Nice, clean, cute boy. I feel so bad for him.

Anyone know of any connections to maybe aluminum or mercury?

I'm going to research it but if anyone has any info, please be so kind and post it. Thanks :)

Looks like an infection could be the trigger -

so I would think the vaccine could also be the trigger.

Reports have suggested that streptococcal infection may be etiologically related to pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders...

Results. Patients with OCD, TS, or tic disorder were more likely than controls to have had prior streptococcal infection...

The Vaccine Diseases are for information on the vaccine "preventable" diseases. I'm moving this to another forum, will leave a temporary redirect for you ;)

How may streptococcal vaccines were on the market in the last 50 years or so that got removed later? Here, for example: http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f71/Angladrion/img453.jpg
