Hello!
I'm a student herbalist currently living in Australia with my partner and two dogs.
I'm looking forward to being involved in the community and learning a lot along the way.

Hi Serephina. :)
Very cool about being a student herbalist. What kind of training do you go through to become a herbalist in the end and is it a long period of time?
Hi, Lori.
I will have many questions for a student herbalist. I hope you don't mind. Glad to meet you. :)

3 years of full-time study, longer if you study part-time which is what I'm doing. I've only just finished my first year exams last week so I've still got quite a bit of study ahead of me yet :)

Not at all, ask away. I'll let you know if I don't know the answer ;)

I will post a thread in the herbs for health section shortly with a little more info on the history of herbal medicine and what a herbalist does that might be of interest to you.
