Hi, my name is Paige and Gitti told me about these boards.

I am about 4 weeks away from giving birth to my first baby through the miracle of modern medicine! in vitro fertilization after 9 years of infertility.

However, my belief that modern medicine has changed my life by helping us conceive does not translate into blind faith in everything allopathic. I do not plan to vaccinate and I talk about this along with infertility topics on my blog: The Baby Dust Diaries (http://babydustdiaries.blogspot.com). Although we could never prove it our infertility might have been caused by anthrax vaccines my husband was forced to undergo in the military.

Also, I'm a research librarian for (are these boards closed? it looks like no, so I'll put my place of employment in my profile :) ) at a scientific R&D lab so I enjoy reading the actual research about vaccine and vaccine available illnesses.

I look forward to learning more from all of you!
