I'm making a tincture from olive leaves, pizza thyme (couple of handfuls from my garden), and cloves (organic because it's more potent). I've stuffed a small jar full of them, mainly olive leaves and thyme, maybe 12 cloves, and filled it with good quality vodka. Will let it "draw" for 6 weeks in a dark cupboard.

Should be interesting to see how it goes with my next cold or cough.
