Supposedly, the second wave will be the most dangerous. Supposedly, this flu is really mild.

So the Health Department in their wisdom, decides to STOP the first wave. Great thinking. Is that to ramp up the crystal ball prediction that a second wave will kill lots of people, to fuel paranoia to make a 2-shot flu vaccination campaign "mandatory"?

How clever of them. CSL will just love them - Kaching. Oh, and lets use the Tamiflu on it now, while it's mild, so the swine flu will become resistant quicker, which results in more blackmail for later. (Actually, why use Tamiflu at all? Daft, frankly.)

Wouldn't it be more sense to open the door far and wide, and let this much-milder-than-normal flu give everyone immunity while it's mild? And not worry about a second wave?

I saw a flashing road sign the other day in Cairns. Flu Clinic here! There was a police presence, a tent and people with masks getting flu shots.Sigh. Sheeples. They also added swine flu to an online game (World of Warcraft) and theres talk of the flu in general chat ingame.
