View Full Version : CIN 1 Smears
For the last 2/3 years my smears have been coming back with CIN 1 results. I am having 6 monthly colposcopys and am due for another in a couple of weeks. What I am wanting to know is if diet could be causing the changes in the cells? I have had 2 kids, am lactose and wheat intolerant but can find it hard to completely cut out them entirely. I am not a junk food fiend, and would consider that I eat relatively healthily. The reason I ask if it is diet related is my very first smear (17?) had a CIN 1 result, which was before I went on the restricted diet and my next smear after the diet change came back normal and remained normal up until the last couple of years. Any thoughts would be appreciated as they are talking about removing part of the uterus if the cells do not return to normal. Although I am not planning on any more kids would rather not have this done.:(

OUr DIL had CIN3 smears. totally reversed with dietary revision. But the key to smears becoming normal is having enough folic acid in your diet, and vitamin B's. Those two are the prime drivers.
Last time I had a blood test, about a year ago, I was told my Vit B was too high, so I stopped taking the executive stress B I was taking. Is there any way of knowing whether I am now low in it? I will also look at the folic acid. Is tablet form OK or should I look into folic acid rich foods?

Must be a Sarah thing!
One of the first things that opened my eyes to alternative medicine was my norty cervix.
ok so first thing don't panic...My first treatment for CIN3 was Letz Loop which I vow I will never repeat. I remember my Gyne telling me it wouldn't come back again... ten years later yet again I had my legs up being told CIN2-CIN3.
This time I had a mentor who told be what to do. Everyone said oooohhh ahhhhh risky!!! I doubted myself but the gyne said... OK three months.. and if you turn it around then we won't have to treat you.
This is what I did... I used a cancer protocol. If you look on some of the cancer links on the site you will find the protocol that I have posted. If you can't find it then I can send it to you via PM. It will take a life change for a few months.
I douched with 50% Apple cider vinegar and 50% double osmosis water every second day for the first two weeks and then after that I douched every week.
I took large doses of Vit C, mushroom extracts, B17, GSE (anything that was anti fungal)... I calmed down and took stock. I exercised lots in nature.
Three months later my smear was clear. NO looking back. I'm off the cervical sreening register and keep on top of it all the time. Yes I'm going to die sometime we all will but it won't be cervical cancer that gets me.
DO NOT let anyone cut bits out of you. You are the key to healing yourself. Talk to me via PM if you need to. Once they start taking bits out they can't stop!

When a person is folic acid deficient, cell mitosis (division) doesn't work properly. The "photocopier" makes mistakes. it's all there in the medical literature.
Magical is also correct. ACV changes ph, and discourages fungal infections, which, ironically, only flourish when you are folic acid and B deficient. vitamin C also changes ph. According to some people, cancer cannot flourish with a body ph of 6.0 and upwards. Ideal ph is around 6.8 - 7.0.
If your body ph is 5.0 or lower, then you need get it up to 6.8.
I wouldn't let anyone cut bits out of me either. Actually, I don't even have smears any more. I just watch my nutrition, and test my ph every now and again.
Thanks MT and Magical for info. Coincidently I had skimmed over a magazine article regarding keeping an eye on PH levels, I have gone back and read it and have gotten info out of it that will be helpful ie foods that create acidic or alkaline conditions. I am assuming that keeping my PH levels within a normal range would also help control my candida? I am off to get my ph strips from the chemist.

If you can't find pH strips at the chemist (I didn't have any luck myself and pool water testing ones didn't have a full enough range imo), you can get them online from Health House (http://www.healthhouse.co.nz/pH%20testing%20kit.html).
Yep - couldn't get the strips at chemist - thanks for the tip.
